The surgical services supply chain feeds the most profitable department in a hospital – the operating room – and is comprised of two distinct supply flows:  reusable supplies and disposable supplies.  These two supply flows, while originating from different sources, converge in the reusable inventory supply chain process for a combined delivery of all supplies to the operating room.  Applied Logic’s proven products manage the inventory collection and distribution of the reusable surgical services supply chain in hospitals. 

Our existing, proven base product is the ABACUS System Priority ONE™.  It is an integrated hardware, software and service system.   This market leading product is utilized every day in the delivery of over $500 million worth of reusable surgical inventory and disposable supplies for over 6,000 surgical procedures per day throughout the United States.

Applied Logic, through our elite hospital clients, already manages reusable surgical instruments for almost 10% of the 25 million surgical procedures performed annually in the U.S.  Furthermore, we have a customer base with a 98%+ retention rate. 14 of our hospital clients are in the top 20 largest hospitals in the country.
